In this Spotlight we explore: how COVID-19 has impacted what consumers are looking for out of a retail experience; how to ensure we are catering to both the more traditional and the more digitally-native as we put a greater emphasis on tech-backed experiences; and how we can leverage those tools available to us to bring the consumer closer to the product creation process.
